Continuous Improvement Training

Through the ‘Three I’s Improvement Model, we provide training and competency development in all of the Lean and improvement tools we employ in our CI Programmes. Our ‘Three I’s Improvement training workshops, delivered by our experienced Continuous Improvement team, provide a consistently high standard of training. This training can be one-off 2 day sessions (delivered in-house or virtually) focussed on identifying waste, prioritising improvement opportunities and generating solutions or it can be a series of training workshops to address broader challenges and/or build the improvement competency of your organisation.

We deliver Continuous Improvement training both on-site and virtually. The skills and competency transfer in these sessions is consistent and on par with those delivered on site. The content will utilise case studies in place of on-site examples and delegates also get the chance to meet and work with delegates from different industries, sharing their own experiences and challenges in delivering continuous improvement.

These sessions teach and build competency in the application of the Three I’s improvement Model as well as world-class methodologies in the application of Lean, Change Readiness, Change Management, Root Cause analysis, reliability monitoring, FMEA/FMECA/RCM and Reliability Maturity Benchmarking Assessments.

Qualifications and Recognition: MAJCI training is aligned with the international training standards for accreditation. We are currently working to explore how best to get this formal accreditation. All candidates will receive a certificate on completion of the full Three I’s Improvement Training.
