MD & owner of MAJCI Ltd, a UK-based Continuous Improvement and Change Management consultancy, has over 25 years experience delivering Continuous Improvement in academia, healthcare and Oil & Gas. From an initial background in academic research, during which time she achieved her PhD, she has built a career delivering business improvement across a wide range of organisations including Oil & Gas Operators, Contractors and the Trade Association OGUK. She is married with two children and lives in Aberdeen.
A Chartered Psychologist, Jared has spent the last 20 years researching, teaching and consulting in the area of human behaviour and human factors. The last ten years has focused on oil and gas projects, helping to develop stronger organisational and safety cultures. He has extensive experience working offshore on an international basis. An experienced teacher and presenter, he has a PhD and MSc in workplace psychology, and has spent a number of years teaching Leadership and Strategy to postgraduate students. Jared believes that human factors psychology is fascinating and fun, but it is unfortunately underutilised in most workplaces; he is passionate about addressing that deficit.
MD & owner of Pro-reliability Solutions, Gary boasts an extensive 35 year-career in the maintenance and reliability field. He has delivered various reliability programs, root cause analysis investigations, and maintenance and reliability training courses around the world. These are within numerous industry verticals such as oil and gas, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, automotive, and general manufacturing companies based both in the UK and overseas. He is also author and co-author of several reliability focused papers and has presented papers at various global conferences.
Mick has in excess of 20 years of personal experience in organisational transformation, ranging from senior operational and strategic management at director level, process improvement consultancy at large and small scale, through to complex data analysis and process modelling. From an initial background in statistical analysis and mathematical modelling he has gained significant experience in a career focusing on business and operational improvement in a wide range of businesses and organisations, ranging from the nuclear industry to the NHS.
